1. What this service is

ihateflying compiles public aviation-safety records, weather data, and flight information into one place to help nervous flyers understand their flight. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What this service is NOT

Not operational guidance. Content here is for general information only. It must not be used for flight planning (recreational or commercial), or for any aviation, navigation, or safety-of-life decision. It cannot be used to pursue claims of any kind against airlines, crews, manufacturers, or agencies.

Not medical or psychological care. The calming tools (breathing exercises, coping guides) are general wellness information, not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If fear of flying seriously affects your life, please talk to a doctor or licensed therapist.

Not a guarantee of accuracy. We work hard to show only sourced data and to say so when data is missing — but public records lag, models are imperfect, and live feeds drop out. Everything is provided "as is" without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or availability. Any reliance is at your own risk.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, quota abuse, attempts to disrupt the site or other users).

4. Pro subscription

Pro costs ₩149,000 per year (roughly US$100; charged in Korean won — your bank sets the exchange rate), billed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Where a free trial is offered, the trial length and renewal date are shown at checkout; the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.

Cancelling: cancel anytime from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked in your purchase-confirmation email) or by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Refunds: if something went wrong — you were charged unexpectedly, or the service didn't work — email [CONTACT EMAIL] within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right. Statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape or bulk-harvest the site or its APIs, probe or disrupt the infrastructure, misrepresent our data as your own, or use the service to harass anyone or break the law.

6. Data sources and credit

Safety, weather, map, and tracking data come from public and licensed sources — including NTSB, FAA, ICAO, NOAA, OpenSky Network, NASA GIBS, Open-Meteo, RainViewer, OpenStreetMap/CARTO, and Esri — each under its own terms. Their inclusion is not an endorsement of this site, and this site is independent of and unaffiliated with all of them, and with any airline or manufacturer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [OPERATOR NAME / ENTITY] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information shown here, from service interruptions, or from third-party data errors. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and governing law
