What the record shows

The Embraer 195 is the stretched first generation E-Jet and has never had a fatal accident. One aircraft has been written off: an Air Serbia service operated by Marathon Airlines that overran the runway on takeoff from Belgrade in February 2024, struck ground installations and returned to land, with no injuries among the 111 people on board. Only 172 were built, so this variant has the smallest exposure base in the family and the widest statistical uncertainty.

Counted from individual airframes in our registry, with build years from public registries and sourced references. An age appears only where we can date at least three of that airline's Embraer 195 aircraft; otherwise we say so rather than estimate.
